Gender equality and social inclusion is one of the key issues in Nepal and specifically in rural areas where gender gaps are wider and need to raise awareness, capacitate common people on their rights and responsibilities to respond gender gap and to advance socially just society. In this regards the organization has implemented projects and programmes on gender mainstreaming in rural communities to protect their rights and contributed in minimizing gender-based violence. The organization has further capacitated and equipped the social organization and community groups with training, capacity building, income generation interventions aimed to contribute to women's and excluded group's meaningful and active participation in decision making and make them independent to live a dignified life.
